The Fair Use Policy

Usage of the Lean Services and Lean APIs is monitored on a continuous basis. Only Clients that consistently generate exceptionally high load over a sustained period of time will be affected by the Lean Technologies FUP. This is currently defined per the limits detailed below, although Lean Technologies reserves the right to amend these limits from time to time.

  1. Fair use of the Lean Services is driven by distinct activity on the Lean Platform with respect to: a. Access of transactions data - maximum five (5) refreshes per day, per End-user b. Access of account balances - maximum ten (10) refreshes per day, per End-user
  2. Once you reach the limits set out in this FUP, Lean Technologies will restrict access to the relevant data points.

Changes to the Fair Use Policy

This FUP may be updated from time to time, and the latest version of the document is made available on our website.
